dc.description.abstractAnalysis of 960 stream sediment samples held by Stockdale (in archives) were analysed in the period 1987 to 1989. Analyses of the results defined several anomalous zones requiring follow up. The majority of gold anomalies drain the Cadney Metamorphics which are known to host several small Cu, Au, Pb and Zn deposits elsewhere. Follow up of these results consisted of 124 geochemical stream-BLEG samples, 5 soil samples-BLEG loam and 2 rock chip samples. This work outlined several gold- base metal anomalies warranting follow up.en_US
