Aeromagnetics indicates that there is a large magnetic anomaly in the east of the licence which is some 3km in length. It is arcuate in form suggesting a synformal feature plunging under the granite. There is a shallow anomaly over a broad deep anomaly. Earlier work by Zapopan NL highlighted a 12.7ppb Au drainage anomaly. First pass follow up found zinc to be the only anomalous element all other elements recorded background values. The zinc and aeromagnetic anomaly are coincident. Further follow up of the zinc anomaly delineated a broad anomaly with values of 200-400ppm zinc with other elements at background level. Geological mapping showed the area to be dominated by drainage and soil cover with quartz blows as the dominant outcrop. Rock chip sampling of the gossanous blows returned anomalous base metal values with Pb to 3000ppm and Zn to 4500ppm.en_US
