Majority of the EL4838 is covered by alluvium of the McKinlay River flood plain. Outcrop areas are limited to a series of N-S trending ridges on the western side of the river and a small but prominent quartz ridge in the north east-outcrop appears to be Mount Bonnie Formation. The best potential for economic mineralisation lies in the northern ridge extension of the Hardies Ridge.en_US
