dc.description.abstractInitial stream sediment sampling outlined a NW trending zone of gold mineralisation, follow up in many cases failed to duplicated the initial results. Pelican prospect was tested, in 1990, by 1700m costeaning and 465m RC percussion drilling. This tested an 1989 Au soil anomaly. Costeaning returned a peak value of 3m at 8.5g-t Au. 9 targets were drill tested. The results were disappointing.en_US
