| Abstract: | Stream sediment sampling returned significant anomalism from the pan concentrate along the main Frances Creek (maximum 134ppm Au), but values were not reflected in the silt fraction, or upstream sample. One anomalous site is east of the fault line hosting the Frances Creek iron ore deposit and warrants follow up. Rock chip sampling returned a peak of 2.14ppm Au, 2000ppm Zn and 2200ppm As. Soil sampling in this area (maximum 3ppb Au) downgraded the area. |
