dc.description.abstractThe report broadly discusses the structural controls on ironstones in the Tennant Creek area. Ironstones appear to be located at or near the hinge of second order anticlines where there is a marked difference between folded lithologies mechanical behaviour. Interpretation of the 1984 Austrex aeromagnetic data revealed no obvious magnetic strata. It was decided that there is only a slight possibility and that the permit will host an economic Cu-Au deposit.en_US
