Abstract: This report presents the results of regional multi-commodity exploration and scout drilling for bauxite. The northwest and central east of AtP 1138 were explored for manganese and bauxite. Scout drilling for bauxite was carried out at Caledon Bay, Woolybutt Lagoon, Crossroads and Woolen Plateau. Soil sampling tested previous geochemical anomalies at Strawberry Creek and regional stream sediment sampling was conducted at Koolatong, Slippery Creek and the Wirarrmina Complex. Geological mapping and spot testing for phosphate were undertaken. Black sand was assessed for heavy mineral concentrations. The only targets recommended for further work were base metals in the Wirarrmina Complex.
