dc.description.abstractThe 1993 Department of Mines and Energy airborne magnetic survey was acquired and interpreted. This defined 8 anomalies, 6 of which were followed up. 4 proved to be, after initial reconnaissance, cultural features and no further work was done. The remaining 2 anomalies had follow up surveys completed. Work undertaken failed to indicate that the source of the anomalies as a kimberlitic diatreme and so the area was surrendered.en_US
