dc.description.abstractThe tenement during the year was evaluated by the panning of stream samples and rock chip sampling at quartz vein outcrops. Prospecting with metal detectors was also carried out and with nuggets from 2 to 40gms obtained. A small gold reef was located and produced about 10 ounces of gold from 50kg of quartz. Two mining claims have been pegged in the area showing gold in creeks and the quartz vein.en_US
