dc.description.abstract | The work included follow-up of 17 airborne radiometric anomalies, plus detailed investigation of one of these anomalies by geological, geochemical, and geophysical studies. It was concluded that 'black soil' radiometric anomalies in the area are due to deposition of radionucleides from water originating at depth, whereas the remaining anomalies are due to differences in the nature of the exposed rock types and are not of economic significance. | en_US |
