| dc.description.abstract | Exploration Licence 8558 was granted on the 21st August 2003 for a period of six years. EL 8558 is located some 10 - 42 km north of the Tanami Mine and 20 km west of the Groundrush Mine. This report covers the period 20th August 2004 to 31st December 2004 - the period prior to the commencement of the Tanami Exploration Agreement (TEA) Report. During the interim period work completed by Newmont Exploration completed a comprehensive first pass surface sampling programme of 439 soil samples on a 800m x 800m and 800m x 400m grid. Eleven rockchip samples were taken. | en_US |
