dc.description.abstract | The Sangster's Bore Exploration Licence EL 9646 is situated approximately 500 km northwest of Alice Springs in the Granites-Tanami region of the Northern Territory. The licence was granted on the 18h March 2003. This is the first annual report for Sangster's Bore covering the year to 17 March 2004. During 2003, exploration comprised reconnaissance surface work and targeting of areas with outcropping Banded Iron Formation. Drilling areas with anomalous magnetic signatures was undertaken better to assess regolith and bedrock stratigraphy. Further drilling is envisaged in the future. | en_US |
