dc.description.abstractA program of shallow soil sampling was conducted. Samples were collected on and around Steve's Hill and adjacent to other ferruginous quartz occurrences. The best results which include a peak value of 2.57 ppb Au, originated in the vicinity of Steve's Hill which reinforces the gold prospectivity of this site as evidenced by the earlier nugget recovery reported in 2002. Anomalous results were present kilometeres further south from Steve's Hill.en_US
