Final report for EL 9685 for the total of the six tenure years form 4th December 1996 to 13th September 2002

Abstract

This report summarises exploration activities during the six year referring to the all annual reports on the licence. Work included gridding, soil geochemistry, transient magnetic survey, geophysical interpretation, RC drilling, diamond drilling, costean mapping and sampling, electromagnetic survey, data assessment and reviews. Results from the sampling program show weak anomaly for Zn, Co, Ni and Mn, but no encouragement for the drill testing. results from the drilling show some elevated value of gold and significant values of copper (up to 500ppm). Anomalous values of copper did not coincide with the elevated gold values. There is an mineral potential in the part of the licence covered by ML22284 application.
