2002 Annual combined report for EL 10096, EL 10097 & EL 10098 'Mistake Creek Area', 13th December 2001 to 12th December 2002

Abstract

This report contains a review and compilation of previously reported mineral exploration within the Licence areas. From this review and compilation, a GIS database of all geochemical sampling and drilling has been created to aid in target generation. The structural and lithological settings of the region have also been reviewed and compared with mineralisation models to target potential resources and lithologies for further work. The GIS data shows several moderately anomalous areas for Cu, Pb, Zn & Mn and diamond pathfinders Cr & Ni as can be seen in the overlays Figures 6-11. However the area has been very sporadically covered particularly within EL 10096. The most likely prospective targets to be found in this area are: Barite - Vein Type; Copper - Various styles; Lead \ Zinc +- Silver - Various Styles; Nickel, Copper & PGE's - Noril'sk Style; Diamonds - Alluvial and/or Pipe.
