Pine Creek Project, MCN 4072, MCN 4074, Annual exploration report, year ending 8 May 2002

Abstract

MCN 4072 and MCN 4074 are located 2.5km south east of Pine Creek NT. The tenements were purchased by the Burnside Joint Venture partners from Silver Coin Mining and Prospecting Pty Ltd in mid 2002 as part of a larger tenement acquisition covering most of the historic Pine Creek mining centre. No field work was conducted over the tenements during the year ending 8 May 2002. Burnside Operations PL has the objective of exploring the Pine Creek tenements for gold mineralisation that may be economically treated at its Brocks Creek treatment plant. During the 2002-2003 year, MCN 4072 and MCN 4074 will be included in a comprehensive review of past exploration and mining work at Pine Creek. This will include geological traverses of the ground.
