SEL 8788 - Suplejack. Final report on exploration period 5th October 1994 to 4th October 2001

Abstract

The report summarises exploration during the period of tenure including mapping, aerial geophysical surveys detailed aeromagnetic surveys and ground magnetic surveys, sampling programs and drilling programs. Many significant results of gold mineralisation were obtained within the area and follow up work is planned. Geological modeling at the Tregony prospect on both the Main and Central Zones was completed. The global indicated and inferred resources for both areas was estimated (using 1g/t cut-off) for 331,265 t @ 1.9 g/t Au (20,000 ounces). The resource was re-estimated (using 0.3 g/t cut-off) for 1,098 188 t @ 1.57 g/t Au (55 536 ounces).
