Exploration activities have commenced on the EL8803 (Syrene), EL 8999 (Medussa) and EL8593 (Nora). Reconnaissance has not been started on the EL8825 (Luckys Bore) yet due to land access. Work included surface sampling programs and drilling programs. None of the surface samples located from Syrene returned any gold mineralisation above 1ppb and anomalous multielements either. The BLEG orientation soil sampling at the Bondi and Cactus prospects returned variable results with BLEG being successful at Cactus, but unsuccessful at Bondi. The vacuum drilling has indicated several geochemical anomalies, which were followed up by RAB drilling program. RAB drilling at Syrene extended the known mineralisation at Bondi and improved the geological understanding of the area. The RAB drilling at Medusa successfully proved the existence of vacuum indicated mineralisation. The drilling has derived two new areas of mineralisation, in two different settings. The first of these areas is located at Cactus with elevated arsenic and antimony, associated with quartz veins within a weathered andesite unit bounded by siltstone. The second new area is located 250m east of Cactus and related to a sandstone-siltstone contact. Lag sampling at Nora produced very few anomalous results, with only two results (5.8 ppb & 7.3 ppb Au) greater than 5ppb Au. The reconnaissance RAB drilling in the Nora did not return any anomalous mineralisation. Only 3 samples assayed above 1ppb Au with maximum value being 3.2 ppb Au. Further work is planned.en_US
