| Abstract: | Interpretation of the Highland Rocks Sheet aeromagnetic images indicates the presence of a fault-bounded block of ENE trending elevated magnetic stratigraphy within the southern part of the tenement. This zone of elevated magnetic terrane is the main target to be tested by RAB drilling. The company was unable to complete its planned RAB drill programme due to the delay in finalising clearance by the CLC. The drilling in EL 8517 is to be undertaken in the following year. Landsat-7 TM/PAN (15m) digital data for 'Zone 52' of the Tanami-Arunta Province was acquired. The data was processed to produce an image close to natural colour. |
