This report describes work completed during the second year of tenure. Geochemical anomalies generated in the previous year were followed up with ZARG analysis and drilling programs. Elevated results were obtained from many prospects within the project area. Sampling within EL 8012 returned peak values of 1.0 ppb to 1.8 ppb Au. From EL 9759 peak values of 1.1ppb to 3.7 ppb Au were reported. An infill sampling within SEL 10188 obtained good results from various prospects areas. Sampling within Delphin prospect returned peak values of 1.6 to 3.5 ppb Au. At Henge low coherent southwesterly and northerly trending anomalies with Au values up to 1.5 ppb Au follow trends in the magnetics. Peak values from Whistler of 10.7 ppb Au was received. An eastwest anomaly was coincident with similar trending magnetics. At Perisher the results defined a northwest trending anomaly with a peak of 22 ppb Au from soil sampling and 1409 ppb Au from rock chip sampling. No significant results were returned from surface sampling at Snapper. At Bloodwood orientation sampling failed to repeat the anomalism detected by the initial phase of sampling. Posthole sampling is planned as more appropriate method for detecting residual gold anomalism in the area of alluvial sand cover. Significant results returned from the completed drilling programs within SEL 10188. Mineralisation was intercepted in two holes PGRB691 (2 m @ 3.62 g/t Au) and PGRB695 (2 m @ 0.54 g/t Au). A further four holes were drilled to test the continuity of mineralisation and 2m @ 6.7 g/t Au was intersected in the hole PGRB780. The results established an eastwest strike of gold mineralisation, which lies parallel to the strike of the stratigraphy. The gold mineralisation appears to be associated with the basalt/sediment contacts.en_US
