The report details exploration undertaken on the relinquished part of the licence including reconnaissance stream sediment sampling, composite rock chip sampling, petrology, aerial photography, geophysical interpretation, vacuum and RAB drilling. Stream sediment sampling indicated a number of distinct areas of anomalism, including Hawkshead prospect, which is located on the relinquished part of the licence. No significant results were returned from the rock chip sampling program from this area. Low gold anomalism was obtained from vacuum drilling program, but gold mineralisation appears to be isolated and spotty. Rab drilling aiming to test the significance of anomalous rock chip samples and the lateral extent of mineralisation in the main Baileys Creek structure, Baileys West, Baileys extended and Baileys South produced results up to 5.36 g/t Au, averaging only 0.45 g/t Au. Drilling confirmed that chloritic alteration identified at the surface does persist at depth and is accompanied by a number of intervals with strong sulphide alteration.en_US
