EL 7716 Phillip Creek Final Report 16 March 1992 to 15 March 2000

Abstract

EL 7716 Phillip Creek, is one of a contiguous group of tenements, referred to as thevNorthern Project Area, being explored by Giants Reef. The others are ERL 147 Edna Beryl (now ML C705), MCC 1065 Marathon, MCC 907-C910, C912-C913 Troy, MLC 91-C95 Carraman/Klondyke, MCC 914-C915 Rising Star and MCC 1344-C1349 Archimedes. Exploration Licence 7716 was granted in substitution for all or part of EL's 5114, 5409, 5432, 5493, 6309, 6311, 7078, 7371 and 7653 which were held by Western MiningCorporation Limited (WMC) and Giants Reef Mining Exploration Pty Ltd (GRM). Project status for the Licence was granted by the NTDME and a common reporting date established. This report records all exploration activities completed on EL 7716 during the term on the Licence from 16 March 1992 to 15 March 2000. Work completed during the term included gridding, soil sampling, rock chip sampling, ground magnetic and gravity surveying, geophysical modelling, RC percussion and diamond drilling. Further exploration will be carried out if and when EL Applications 22589 and 22590, which cover the same area as EL 7716 at it's expiry date are granted.
