Abstract

This report summarises exploration work over the area of five licences including further reconnaissance soil sampling and traverses. A total of 1,431 soil samples were collected for low level detection (ZARG) analysis. Encouraging results persisted in the areas previously identified. Numerous low-level gold values were returned. At EL8932 a three stages of surface sampling were completed and low level of gold anomalism identified. Peak values returned included 28,1, 11.3 and 8.2 ppb Au. The anomalous area tested at EL 8980 appears to be overlying Pagree Sandstone. Promising results (3.6, 20.2 ppb Au) returned from sampling over the southeastern boundary of the licence. Some low-level anomalies do occur proximal to Killi Killi outcrop, follow up infill surface sampling is planned.
