Work completed during the second year of tenure consisted of ground magnetics over two airborne magnetic anomalies. Initial interpretation of the ground magnetics suggests that the source is deep (>400m). In addition one of these areas was tested by a 25 hole RAB program. This program was to test the extent of the cover. Each hole intersected 30-40m alluvial material thence a sequence of deeply weathered cherts believed to be part of the Georgina Basin sequence. Geochemical results were disappointing.en_US
