dc.description.abstractA 100x25m grid was established and 450-40# soil samples were collected over the grid and assayed for gold and base metal values. Anomalous Pb (maximum 1870ppm) and Zn (maximum 550ppm) values were obtained in the north of the grid coincident with an outcrop of ferruginous, gossanous hornfelsed black shale, containing lenses of stratabound galena and secondary base metals. 15 rock chip samples were collected returning a max assay of 18.5% Pb and 1.16% Zn from the zone of soil anomalism.en_US
