dc.description.abstractKLD21 was drilled to test a gravity low on line 5600N. The hole showed that the Oenpelli Dolerite intrudes the area, rather than being thrust over the Kombolgie Sandstone. KLD22 was drilled to test for extensions to lateritic mineralisation was located though minor anomalism (5m at 12ppm Uranium Oxide) was located. Soil and stream sediment sampling was undertaken in the Devils Elbow area. Soil sampling failed to return any anomalous values. In general the results downgraded the au prospectivity of the area. Petrographic studies of the ore from Devils Elbow identified uraninite as the primary ore with minor coffinite. Structural features reported include: Caramel East Inlier.en_US
