dc.description.abstractExploration Licence 4901 is located south of Pine Creek within metasedimentary rocks of the Pine Creek geosyncline. Exploration has been targeted at gold mineralisation located in quartz veins in anticlinal crests similar to that at the Enterprise Gold Mine. Geological reconnaissance, panning, surface sampling, costeaning and channel sampling have returned some encouraging but inconclusive gold and base metal analyses. Further work is required.en_US
