dc.description.abstractThis is the second year of tenure for the Exploration Licence.en_US
dc.description.abstractSoon after the Licence was granted, an Aboriginal Land Claim was lodged over Eva Valley Pastoral Lease which includes the Licence area. Towards the end of the year of tenure, trading of tin ceased on the London Metal Exchange. These two factors considerably dampened enthusiasm for exploration in the area.en_US
dc.description.abstractA Northern Territory Company, Mineral Horizons NL, took up an option over the Licence area during 1985. During the present year Mineral Horizons NL tested known mineralization in the Exploration Licence area for gold. This showed that topaz-tourmaline greisens in the eastern part of the area are gold bearing.en_US
dc.description.abstractFurther work is contemplated on these greisens during the coming year.en_US
