| Abstract: | After a field season of relatively short duration the following have been achieved; Reconnaissance geological mapping of the Exploration Licence area west of Jim Jim Creek was carried out. The majority of the drainage channels west of Jim Jim Creek were geochemically sampled. Anomalies 77 and 45 were examined in detail on the ground and discounted. Anomaly 5 (Nourlangie Joint Venture number) and Anomaly 72-4 were examined in detail on the ground and percussion drilled. Both proved to be dispersion anomalies in surface laterite. |
