Moderate to low chromite concentrations was recovered from reconnaissance sampling. Several stages of follow-up sampling were carried out and continued to recover moderate to low abundances of chromite. No macrodiamonds or microdiamonds were reported from the sampling. The source of chromite has been interpreted to be a non-kimberlite host rock (mafic volcanic or sedimentary unit).en_US
