Abstract: | Work completed on the tenement prior to 1996 are referenced in the report. From 1996 onwards the tenements were covered by a magnetic and radiometric survey. Within EL 7885 the Mt Mabel prospect was evaluated by soil sampling which returned low results. Within AN 349 the Hardtop prospect area was soil sampled and located a small gold anomaly that was evaluated by 16 RAB holes with 2 holes intersecting subeconomic gold and anomalous platinum and paladium. 4 RC holes drilled into this zone but no significant anomalism indicated. Costeaning was carried out on the Kylie area and anomalous mineralisation obtained ie 45m @ 0.15%Cu, this was further evaluated by 24 RC holes which confirmed the mineralisation but at an uneconomic grade ie 24m @0.4%Cu. |
