dc.description.geochemicalsamplingThe original geochemical survey was carried out in 1958 and is reported by Haldane and Deboam (1959/C3). The area was auger drilled by the BMR in 1963 (1965/6) and redrilled by TEP in 1965 (1961/150). In 1969 the BMR again auger drilled using a Gemco rig (1970/41). The North Mt. Fitch Prospect is defined by radiometric copper, lead, cobalt and zinc anomalism.en_US
dc.description.drillingOne drill hole has been completed on this prospect to evaluate a copper/lead geochemical anomaly associated with a vegetation anomaly to the south of the North Mt. Fitch prospect. Results of this work are not yet to hand.en_US
