dc.description.abstract28/6/99: During year 1 aeromagnetic images were obtained and interpreted and regional soil sampling was conducted with significant results of 42 and 47 ppb Au obtained. During the second year, 1519 soil samples were taken over two magnetic anomalies with the better results of 10 ppb Au obtained at Mt Fred north, and 39 ppb Au at Mt Fred south. In addition, 126 Auger samples and 12 rock chip samples were taken and a peak result of 173 ppb Au obtained from a rock chip. During year 3, regional sampling outlined several areas of anomalism with the most significant results being 658 and 205 ppb Au with associate lower values from the central area of the licence. At Mt Maverick a 1.4 km anomaly was tested by 15 RAB holes with 3 results obtained in excess of 100 ppb Au. Additional follow-up work was completed during year 4 at Mt Maverick, however further RAB drilling downgraded this prospect. In year 5, additional lag sampling was completed, with low results obtained. Detailed aeromagnetic surveys were completed in Year 4 and 5. In the final year, 6 RAB holes were completed at the Pipeline prospect with the better results being 14m @ 0.09 g/t Au and 14m @ 0.16 g/t Au.en_US
