The tenements were covered by a detailed aeromagnetic survey as part of a regional evaluation. Assessment of this data over the Black Eye, Franc, Explorer 150 adn 112 suggest the presence of a magnetic ironstone at a depth of 250 - 400 m. An RC hole was drilled into the M7 anomaly and a 20 m intersectionof ironstone intersected, the zone was poorly sheared and showed a lack of alteration and accordingly all assays were non-anomalous. A corehole was completed below the M7 RC hole. Although assay results are still awaited a chloritic shear zone extending for 50 m downhole was intersected. A narrow sulphide rich (chalcopyrite - pyrite) breccia zone was also intersected.en_US
