Annual Report on EL 4963 Yenberrie West

Abstract

The licence consists of two graticular blocks or approximately 6 sq km and was due for reduction to one block on the 15th September, 1988. Mining Management Services Pty Ltd were contracted by Wyrala Pty Ltd to evaluate the mineral potential with specific emphasis on the gold potential of EL 4963 which is located west of the old Yenberrie Wolfram Field. Wyrala Pty Ltd failed to take up the option agreement and the property was offered to Auridiam Consolidated NL in October 1988. This report summarses the work carried out by Mining Management Services Pty Ltd and Auridiam Consolidated NL. Mining Management Services Pty Ltd carried out:

i) an evauat ion of previous data;

ii) airphoto interpretaton,

iii) ground traverses of prospective target areas,

vi) geological mapping and rock chip sampling of favourable areas.

Auridiam Consolidated carried out:

i) general reconnaissance

ii) rock chip sampling of favourable locations.
