dc.description.abstractAnalysis of random samples of Irindina Gneiss indicates that the garnets are relatively unzoned and primarily almandine and pyrope garnet in composition. 15 alluvial samples were collected. This preliminary sampling indicated that Lizzie Creek is rich in garnet and a significant portion of the material occurs in the coarser fraction.en_US
