Under the joint venture agreement, a program of drilling and assaying was undertaken to assess the potential of the Project area. This program led to the identification of two previously unknown anomalous zones. The main anomaly is located approximately along the west-northwest trending southern boundaries of MLCs 624 and 632. It is characterised by anomalous gold to 29 ppb, bismuth to 44 ppm and copper to 114 ppm. The anomalous zone appears to be at least 150 metres in west-northwest to east-southeast length and is more than 25 metres in north-south width. This feature is approximately parallel to and about 50 metres south of the known main shaft. Of particular significance however is the observation that the arsenic value distribution matches that of lead. This suggests that this is anomalous in arsenic and therefore must be treated as a potentially high priority target zone. The presence of a lower value geochemical zone along the northern flank of the zone B anomaly and its orientation parallel to the only known mineralisation suggest that this feature is also a genuine bedrock anomaly.en_US
