Although several kimberlitic indicator grains were recovered, neither diamonds nor microdiamonds were found. It is possible that the indicators were recycled from Tertiary and younger gravels. Irrespective of this, the presence of a source for diamonds or microdiamonds has not been established. The exploration potential for diamonds is low. It is recommended that the licence be relinquished.en_US
