dc.description.abstractSignificant mineralisation at Eastern Creek is restricted to an 8m zone of solution collapse breccia in the Kookaburra Creek Fm. Drilling has shown the breccia has limited lateral extent. Assays of the mineralised section are too low to warrant further work. Sedimentary hematite in the Tawallah Range occurs in Carpentarian sediments immediately below a pre-Cretaceous unconformity. Two beds, aggregating 12Mt of 35-40% Fe are too low to be of further interest. No further work recommended.en_US
