| Abstract: | Sufficient sample to fill 2 large prospecting dishes was collected. These samples were then panned. Only 2 samples contained gold (one small speck each). It is concluded that detrital deposits covering the Lower Proterozoic granitic rocks in the NE of the EL contains a little gold but there is none in the remainder of the area. There are no indications of commercial detrital deposits in the area. |
