L 6072 is held by Blue Circle Southern Cement. EL 6072 was granted in 1988 and this is the second and final report. The target is vermiculite and other minerals of significance associated with carbonatites. No additional carbonatites were identified although small dykes may be present. Drainage sampling did not yield any anomalies that were thought to be related to carbonatites of commercial size. The Mount Bleechmore carbonatite was evaluated for rare earth element potential with disappointing results. It is recommended that the EL be surrendered.en_US
