dc.description.abstractPrevious work at the Bruce and Scullin Prospects has resulted in the identification of shear-hosted gold mineralisation. A number of complex, gold-bearing reefs have been identified at the Hughes Prospect. During the year exploration concentrated on the Scullin Prospect as a follow-up to the drilling completed in the previous year. Seven samples from the two drill holes at Scullin were assayed for gold, and the results were extremely encouraging with values ranging from 0.32 to 4.75 ppm. Three rock chip samples were taken from quartz reefs outcropping to the east of the Reid Prospect. Results were not encouraging as they ranged from 0.25 to 1.2ppm gold.en_US
