dc.description.abstractEL 9415 was taken out by Aberfoyle Resources Limited in May, 1996 to explore for Zn-Cu-Pb mineralisation in mid Proterozoic McArthur Group units below cover. Major structures were identified from interpretations of available aeromagnetic data. All of EL 9415 was surveyed in 1996 with GEOTEM 25, a deep penetrating airborne EM system. Five strong anomalies were recognised. Ground EM surveying over four of the anomalies in 1997 detected shallow conductors attributed to post Proterozoic cover. Partial digest soil results for the anomalies were at background levels. No further work was proposed and the tenement was recommended for surrender in 1998.en_US
