Initial work was focused on the possibility of the lower member of the Mount Bonnie Formation existing at a shallow depth within an anticlinal setting as interpreted from an aeromagnetic survey. Follow up work albeit limited, has found quartz outcrop in the south-west, which in one instance, has shown to be anomalous in gold. An active programme of detailed mapping, outcrop sampling and soil sampling is proposed for the forthcoming search.en_US
