dc.description.abstractA single GEOTEM anomaly (MIR) was outlined by the Mariner Geotem Survey. Follow up included moving loop PROTEM, 4 rock chip samples, and 1 RC hole (118m). Anomalous lead values were obtained from the bottom of the hole with 42m at 687ppm Pb including 6m at 2730ppm Pb, plus weakly anomalous silver. Elevated Fe-Mn suggest scavenging may have been important. The EM anomaly was explained by a zone of local deep weathering.en_US
