Five electrical conductors were identified within EL8656 from Airborne QUESTEM data. These anomalies were tested by moving loop TEM and TEM soundings. No conductors warranting drill testing were identified. An additional 31 grid based soundings were done to ensure complete coverage of the title. No conductors were identified within EL8656. 47 TEM soundings were completed within EL 7797 in the east and north conductive surficial and bed rock layers were identified. 5 sites were selected for drill testing, sounding B2460-160 was tested by a single diamond hole (Totalling 468.28m). The best values were obtained from pyritic siltstone at the base of hole (Barney Creek Formation). These were 45ppm Cu, 41ppm Pb, and 1500ppm Zn. B2382-224 was tested by a single RC hole totalling 60m. This hole failed to intersect the Proterozoic. The hole intersected a manganese rich layer with a best value of 5m at 15.1% Mn. Stream sediment sampling within EL 8656 outlined anomalous lead values.en_US
