The geophysical surveys defined 3 anomalous zones previously outlined by BHP in their work. 7 diamond drill holes totalling 2917.1m tested these geophysical anomalies. This drilling showed that the conductors were caused by massive pyrite bands interbedded with black to dark grey pyritic or carbonaceous dololutite. These units are believed to belong to the Lynott Formation. The drill core was mildy anomalous in lead and zinc. Pisolitic sampling revealed a small Cu-Pb-Zn zone in the eastern central border of the northern block. Rock chip sampling revealed anomalous Cu-Pb-Zn values in the southwest corner of the northern block. Minor gold anomalism was encountered (maximum 0.38g-t Au) in the centre of the block south of the Rosie and Warramana Creek junction.en_US
