| Abstract: | Limited sampling was undertaken because of poor drainage development. Initially this comprised of 46 stream sediment samples from EL7629 and 3 within EL7796. Two samples within EL7629 were positive returning a diamond from one and a chromite from other. 1 sample from the EL7796 returned a diamond and a chromite. Follow up of the positive results from EL7629 proved negative, while a single chromite was recovered from the 14 follow up samples for EL7796. This grain appeared to have laprophytic affinities. |
