Annual report for EL 8186 (Homestead) for the second year of tenure to January 1st 1997

Abstract

89.2 line kilometres of gravity survey was completed over the central portion of the licence. This work was aimed at better defining targets outlined previously by detailed airborne magnetics. This was subsequently followed up by a vacuum drill program, 550 holes totalling 4652.2m, over part of the grid. The vacuum drill program tested buried stone line lag material as BOH, weather bedrock. No immediate targets warranting follow up have been identified by the preliminary results.
