dc.description.abstractThe Pine Creek Shear Zone passes adjacent and through the SEL. 35 stream sediment samples were collected together with ~1250 soil samples. Anomalous values were defined in the northern most block of the tenement (8-177ppb Au). The low prospectivity of the granites was confirmed. Results from soil sampling are inconclusive, though a number of narrow NW trending zones of Cu +/- Zn are indicated, and a number of isolated spot anomalies in excess of 16ppb Au were recorded. Highly anomalous values occur along the margins of the Caledonian Leases.en_US
